Typical training sessions require an 8, 10 or 12 week commitment to help you get lasting results and cultivate the habits to maintain your gains. All sessions include Food planning, Day-by-day homework assignments leading up to the next session & a once a week weigh-in.

30 minute POWER BLAST sessions are also available
