           GROUP FITNESS  PERSONAL TRAINING
 

Organize a group you want to train with to save cost and help motivate each other. Minimum of 3 people required for group rates. All sessions include Food planning, Day-by-day homework assignments leading up to the next session & a once a week weigh-in.

 

The group most start off with 10 weeks, or more, sessions. 

 

  • $37 Per Person for a 3 Person Group

  • $27 Per Person for Groups of 4 or More (max 6 people in a group)

 

All classes are 45mins (must pay upfront a week in advance for all classes). Please talk to me or any of our DILIGENT TEAM instructor(s) for any other Questions....

 

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a late charge fee of $5 each time you come to class without a payment when you sign up/waiver. I or the instructor have the right not to let you join the class or classes without payment...please respect our business/art and others who paid in full.
